The first flakes of snow were exciting just as anything new is. My fear dissipated and was replaced by intrigue. The very change that I frown upon is becoming more welcoming to me than anything I have known thus far.
I am taking those steps I have never dared to before, into the a wild new new world. I wish I were still scared, I wish that something else but the adventure mattered now but wishes don’t come true.
The blanket of white snow as a symbol of everything new and unfamiliar is an inviting sight. I am taking that invite and leaving to live.
